Refund & Returns Policy

At Saltkin, we want you and your dog to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of mind: If you change your mind, you may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Faulty or incorrect items: Under the Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at hello@saltkin.com.au with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim.
